Welcome to the website for Protective Powder Coatings, a locally owned and operated powder coating facility located only 20 minutes from downtown Corpus Christi, Texas. Since 1998 we have continually strived to provide our customers with the finest powder coating service available. Our facility covers almost 15,000 square fee and includes a fully enclosed blast room, burn-off oven, 3 cure ovens and a temperature/humidity controlled powder storage vault.
Since 2003, we have continually achieved full compliance with regulations and guidelines as set by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for their Compliance Commitment (C2) Certification.
We also are a certified applicator for the Spraylat Corporation and Tiger Drylac, USA (both manufacturers of powder coatings) to apply their architectural coatings that meet the tough AAMA 2605 specifications giving you an environmentally friendly alternative to wet paints.
We use only quality, 100% virgin powders. We have a fully enclosed blast room with aluminum oxide as the blast media. Our largest oven is capable of handling items 7-1/2 feet x 7-1/2 feet x 27 feet long.
